“If you can’t burn it off, don’t put it in!”
Did you know that Micheal Phelps (Olympic swimmer) intakes about 12, 000 calories a day!! Just to put that into perspective; a woman is suppose to intake about 2,000 calories while a man is suppose to intake about 2,500 calories a day. So the question becomes, “how can Phelps eat SOO much but maintain such a solid physical shape?” The answer is cause you can eat whatever you want…… as long as you burn it off!
