“Live for today, but prepare for tomorrow.”
Becoming healthy is more than just a physical thing. While it is true you physically look and feel different, the main things that will be changing is on the inside. A lot of people are out of shape because of their sedintary life style and I am now exception. When I was over weight it was because I would play video games 12+ hours a day and barely socialize. So because of this all I had was negative things to say about the world and outside in general. Sohat I mean to say is that when you look at the world it will truly be with fresh eyes.
One of the of main benefits of living a healthier life is that you are actually combating depression. Consistently staring at a screen all day or not even leaving your house for a prolonged period of time gives a person depression which can make you irritable, negative and suicidal.
When you go outside and physically do things you increase your BDNF.“With regular exercise, the body builds up its levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factors or BDNF, and the brain’s nerve cells start to branch out, join together and communicate with each other in new ways. This is the process that underlies learning: every change in the junctions between brain cells signifies a new fact or skill that’s been picked up and stowed away for future use. BDNF makes that process possible. Brains with more of it have a greater capacity for knowledge.” According to Mary Carmichael a report from Newsweek.
So all in all having a solid execise regiment will give you a better out look on life and more intelligent.
