“There is no substitution for hard work!”
Lets be honest; one of the hardest task that exists is consistency. Its hard to pick up something as hard and life changing as a new lifestyle without some help. I can openly admit that despite how much I personally enjoy working out, it is not always as entertaining as I would like. So there are a few things I do to make my workouts significantly more enjoyable.
One of the things I do to maintain a fun work out is a up to date ipod. Music is a huge driving in workouts, it keeps you up when you want to lay down, but consistently listening to the same song over and over again makes working more of a drag. I actually have 3 of my favorite songs I enjoy to listen to: 1. Never Say Never- Justin Beiber 2. I’m Back -Dope 3. Till I Collapse -Eminem. Now all these songs are very different but they specifically resonate with me and push me to do more.
Another thing you can do is to take a class. I have personally taken a R.I.P.P.E.D. and my instructor was great and it was a solid work out alongside entertaining. There are a lot of different physical activities you can do to enjoy yourself. But the main thing is to mix up the workouts either with music or different classes.
