Now I understand we are all very busy and most likely do not have time to break a calculator or want to Google what is in our food every time we sit down to eat. However, I would like to stress the importance of knowing what you put into your body, I will never ask anybody to be able to list off every ingredient in their foods but I do think it is important to know how many calories you intake in a day.
Now everybody body is very different so these number are just an average. A male should intake roughly 2,300 calories a day and woman should intake about 2,000. If your thinking to yourself, “I have no idea how many calories I take in a day!” then do not worry there is an easy solution. Just do a little research or get a free app on your smart phone. There are hundreds of free calorie counter apps and googling your food takes less than 2 minutes. If your the person who eats out all the time restaurants (most) have nutrition facts about their food online. Knowing what you put into your body is truly as easy as typing.
