As stated in previous post the key to any substantial change is change is consistency. Doing anything consistently over a grand period of time leads to great changes (this idea can be expanded to include all other things beside weight loss). So if we know that doing things consistently can lead to great things, then what “thing/s” should we be doing? There are many things that you should/can be doing to make the change you want in yourself.
But the thing I will suggest that we all can do is just get sweaty. When I say “get sweaty” I do not mean that you have to be dripping in sweat or that you should even be working out for a designated time. You should work out everyday and when I say “work out” I mean get sweaty. So this is definitely rather subjective due to the fact that some people take longer than others to begin the sweating process; but as I stated earlier you are not going for time (especially when you start out) you are just trying to start something. So even if it only takes you a walk around the block to break a sweat do that, if it takes a jog then you should take a jog.
Breaking a sweat everyday will put you in a good mood and get you used to being sweaty. It also is a amazing stress reliever.
