Now we all have probably heard the excuse, “I don’t have time in my day because I am so busy.” Well my friend there is always enough time in the day for things you find important. This is a helpful activity you can do that will show you how much time you truly have and show you what you truly value. From the time you wake up write down EVERYTHING you do and how much time it takes; even all the small things. So the things you would be writing down would include, brushing your teeth, going to the bathroom, eating, tying shoes, thinking, driving, walking, talking, sleeping/napping etc. The thing you spend the most time doing is the thing you value the most, and if that thing isn’t something productive maybe you should take time away from that and put it towards something productive. Becoming healthy is more than just a physical thing. While it is true you physically look and feel different, the main things that will be changing is on the inside. A lot of people are out of shape because of their sedintary life style and I am now exception. When I was over weight it was because I would play video games 12+ hours a day and barely socialize. There is a point of realization when it comes to a persons health, its the moment when you can no longer look away from the fact that you are unhealthy and thus must accept that you are KILLING yourself. Everybody has a different point, for some its when they can no longer go up and down stairs without being tired;or when you go days without leaving your bed or maybe its simply when you can no longer fit into your pants.
